We provide a tailor-made service to meet your specific needs — as no two clients or cases are the same. In most cases we provide a fixed fee quote with no hidden extras, so you know exactly what the costs will be and what you are paying for.

The fixed fee is for our legal services only. It does not include UKVI or other disbursements (Home Office/Visa fee, Immigration Health Surcharge, barrister fees, housing reports, DNA tests, translations, etc.). Our fees do not attract VAT. Quotes do not cover unusual complexities such as adverse immigration histories or previous refusals.

Process

How an application typically works

  1. Instructions & quote

    We take your instructions, then provide a written fixed-fee quote and likely disbursements. Work starts once you accept and pay on account.

  2. Written advice

    You receive detailed advice on Home Office criteria, process, timescales and the documents needed to prepare a strong application.

  3. Prepare & submit

    We prepare the application and evidence, complete the online submission and arrange the biometrics appointment.

  4. Decision & next steps

    We advise you on the outcome — and if refused, whether there are merits to appeal or pursue alternative options.

You remain responsible for applicable Home Office fees.

Appeals after refusal

Advice and assistance on any appeal if the Home Office refuse your application is charged separately.

Disbursements

Third-party costs such as barrister fees, housing inspection reports, DNA tests and translations. We provide written details once instructed.

VAT

Our fees do not attract VAT. We are not VAT registered.

Interpreters

Professional interpreters are approximately £40 + VAT per hour (you may also bring a family member or friend). Discuss this when booking.

Timing

Timescales

In most cases we need approximately six weeks to prepare an application (urgent cases can often be prepared in three weeks, subject to circumstances). After submission, Home Office decisions commonly take up to six months — we cannot guarantee processing times.
